2017 Military/DoD/Government Registration

The Alamo AFCEA Chapter Event (ACE) is bigger and better than ever!  The 2017 Alamo ACE is expected to host more than 1,600 military, government, industry and academic professionals. It will feature three days of keynote speakers, panel sessions and other presentations surrounding more than 70 exhibits, an amazing general session hall, CyberPatriot and robotics technology demonstrations, and certifying/accrediting education and training sessions.

The Alamo ACE is an annual event with a national draw and support in the Tri-Service military community across San Antonio. It kicks off with a golf tournament benefiting Wounded Warriors and Military Families. The day will conclude with our traditional evening welcome reception, will be followed by three days of valuable presentations, training, discussions and face-to-face engagement, and ends with a military Acquisition Day.

The Alamo ACE will offer a newly expanded robust training agenda this year. Training will consist of one day, multi day and one hour classes. Most training is free to AACE attendees. Please view our training agenda for a full list of offerings! Attendees can register for training classes during the event registration process!


 Alamo ACE Military/DoD/Federal Attendee Registration

This registration is FREE for all active Military and US Government employees and included all general sessions and expo hall. Keynote luncheons and other planned events will require the purchase of an event ticket to attend.

CANCELLATIONS 
A full refund will be given for written requests received on or before November 14, 2016. No refunds will be granted after November 14, 2016. Cancellations must be received in writing from the original registrant at info@alamoafcea.org. No cancellations will be taken by phone. Attendees that do not provide written notification of cancellation and do not attend the event will be responsible for the full registration fee. 

SUBSTITUTIONS 
Substitute attendees may be named prior to December 8 or during on-site registration. Notification of substitution must be submitted in writing from the original registrant at info@alamoafcea.org. No substitutions will be taken by phone.
